As a part of our team, you will collaboratively determine customers’ service needs and ensure their satisfaction during the initial product delivery and throughout ongoing support processes.

Requirements:
- At least four years of experience working in IT as a Project Manager or Scrum Master
- Knowledge of Scrum and Kanban
- Strong understanding of basic software development and project management practices and tools
- Experience in authoring or collaborating on business requirements documents or functional specifications
- Understanding of requirements, including their different types and stages (elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, and management)
- Experience of working with distributed teams
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Cooperation with different stakeholders and business representatives with non-technical mindsets; the ability to prove your approaches and deliverables to non-technical staff
- Ability to lead project teams of various sizes from a project’s beginning to its end
Nice to Have:
- PSM-I certification
- PMP certification
- Experience with integration projects such as SAP

Responsibilities:
- Taking responsibility for the project’s success and delivery
- Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution
- Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
- Helping the project team members identify and resolve issues
- Working closely with management and clients to prioritize business needs
- Identifying business opportunities and providing creative solutions to complex problems
- Writing software functional specifications including use cases, mockups, and diagrams
- Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients
- Managing risks and dependencies
- Providing leadership and innovation across all aspects of technology development
